New Cant Connect HELP pls

Hi all so ive followed all of the steps on connection guide 1-5 thoroughly multiple times and i keep running into the same problem, after everything is updated and fixed and extracted and ready to go... i click start in idol's server menu and all it does is create an icon in my running processes, after that it wont let me do anything with it until i force close and open it up again nothing i can do to get lineage itself to actually open 

can any1 help please?
